Justin identifies as a person in recovery from mental health and substance use issues and the justice system. He has a long standing business background prior to entering the behavioral health field where he has earned multiple peer support and treatment/clinical level credentials. Justin works alongside the behavioral health community to create, and strengthen, the behavioral health workforce and the organizations and communities that utilize their services. His dedication to education, support and advocacy with the ‘any positive change’ mentality to wellness allows all to feel included and supported. Justin continues to strive to support equitable access to resources and supports for all community members. Justins motivation is to see efforts advance, and sustain, equitable and stable resources and supports for all.

Bringing 40+ years of property management experience to our team, Linda has an extensive and diverse background. Beginning her career with a decade of honing her customer service skills in the hospitality industry, then transitioning into a regional property manager position for a large Indiana-based multifamily housing corporation, Linda has been responsible for several multimillion-dollar renovations of apartment communities all over the Midwest and East Coast, as well as day-to-day management of financial and physical operations.
After her 20-year run in property management, Linda ventured out to start a small property maintenance business and has renovated several private homes and offices for clients and family.
Linda is currently attending ICAADA Credentialing courses for Peer Recovery Coaching and holds a Social Services Designee Certificate and a ServSafe Certification and has utilized both during her time recently spent working in skilled nursing facilities assisting elders and their families in transitioning from independent living to assisted and long-term care.
Currently, Linda is the Manager for INARR, assisting all the Recovery Residences in the State of Indiana in establishing professional, well-maintained housing choices for all individuals seeking a safe, sober, and recovery-focused living environment.
In her “spare” time, Linda enjoys hiking, camping and boating with her dog, Reno, in addition to her volunteer work with the Cancer Support Community of Central Indiana. Linda recently celebrated nine years of recovery from alcohol abuse.
